Annual AEHOG Chili Cookoff
Are you a AEHOG Member? Do you make the best chili ever?? Well if your not a AEHOG member, you can stop in and join so you can be a part of our chili cookoff too. The best "HOG" chili winner gets to represent AEHOG at the regional HOG Chili cook-off on February 17 @ Forth Worth Harley-Davidson.
This years Chili cookoff will be on 01/20 at AEHD.
Cooking starts at 8am. Sampling at noon and winners are announced around 2pm. There will be 3 awards.

The HOG winners will be invited to compete in the SW Regional Chili Cookoff on 2/17/18 at Ft Worth Harley.

THE RULES ARE:
-Chili Cooking Teams must furnish their own supplies (i.e... Cooker, fire, table, chairs, water, condiments) AND clean up their area before leaving after judging
-All Chili must be cooked on-site with SCRATCH ingredients the day of the cook-off
-NO FILLERS (beans, pasta, rice, hominy,...etc)
-NO commercial mixes are permitted (i.e. "JUST ADD MEAT" mixes)
-Chili ground meat or ground chuck only. (no cubed meat)
-ONE pot of chili per team (4 quarts) - max 3 members per team
-INGREDIENTS: Meat, chili powder, other individual spices, chopped onion, tomato, sauces, peppers, and similar ingredients are acceptable. No vegtable chili.
These rules have been set by the Southwest Regional HOG Chili Bowl.
